AF800 series online transformer based fully digital UPS single phase input and single phase output is a highly intelligent product integrating digitization, informationization and networking, with a powerful information collection system, signal processing system, detection system and perfect protection system. ●Use SPWM pulse width modulation, IGBT power module and output isolation transformer to ensure that UPS output is not affected by power grid fluctuations and noise;

●UPS inverter and PFC adopt advanced full digital control technology, input power factor greater than 0.98 and very low harmonic current. (optional)

●When there is no mains power, the UPS can be started directly with the battery, or directly started with the mains power without the battery. After the battery is discharged to undervoltage protection, the UPS will automatically start after the mains power is restored.


Intelligent battery management technology effectively extends the battery life 

●Intelligent battery management technology, automatic conversion between equalization charge and floating charge, can effectively extend the battery life;

●Autonomous current-sharing high-power charger that can be connected in parallel, with current-sharing imbalance ≤3%, effectively shortening charging time and meeting system configuration requirements.


Perfect protection function greatly ensures the stability and reliability of the system 

●It has super cold start capability and can perform cold start operation under full load to meet the emergency needs of users;

●It has intelligent unattended function to meet the needs of special occasions;

●With the function of power-on self-diagnosis, the UPS fault hidden dangers can be discovered in time to avoid the risk of failure caused by potential hidden dangers;

●It has multiple protection functions including input surge protection, output overload/short circuit protection, battery failure and low voltage warning protection, battery overcharge protection, inverter over-temperature and fault-to-bypass power supply protection, etc., which ensures the stability and reliability of system operation.


Advanced digital parallel control technology

●Digital circulating current control technology ensures that the UPS in parallel have the same frequency, phase and voltage, greatly reducing the circulating current between parallel UPS and comprehensively improving the reliability of the parallel system;

●UPS with different powers can be connected in parallel, and the load can be automatically distributed according to the UPS power, which greatly facilitates the expansion of UPS;

●Closed-loop redundant parallel communication cable comprehensively improves the safety and reliability of parallel operation;

Parallel UPS can share the same battery pack, saving investment.


User friendly interface LCD+LED and network management function 

●With multiple sound and light warning functions, concise and clear;

●LCD display interface provides accurate UPS operating parameters and working conditions;

●Through the RS232 interface, with the UPS intelligent monitoring software, it can communicate with the PC in real time. The various parameters and working status of the ●UPS system are clearly displayed on the communication interface of the PC. Through settings, the computer can directly control various functions of the UPS system;

●With optional functions of RS485 interface and DB9 dry node interface;

●An external SNMP adapter can be installed. The system has a direct Internet access function, providing real-time UPS data and power information.

●A network management platform is used for communication and management, and the system immediately becomes a member of the network.
